Bookyard is a private book-lending app for your groups: the class, the building, your friends. Scan the books on your shelf, lend and borrow inside the groups you already have, and keep a reading history for every reader at home.
Scan your shelf in minutes
• Point the camera at a barcode and the book appears with its title, author and cover.
• No barcode? Search by title, or take a photo of the cover and pick the match.
• Romanian and other European books are covered, not only English ones.
• Every book keeps its reading age and language, from picture books to novels.
One shared shelf for the whole group
• Create a group for a class, your building or your friends, and share the invite link in the chat you already use.
• Everyone's books appear on one shared shelf. Filter by age, language or what's available now.
• Be in as many groups as you like, and choose which groups see each book.
Lending without the awkward reminders
• Request a book, the owner approves, and you hand it over at pickup.
• Bookyard reminds everyone the day before and on the morning a book is due.
