TALK IT THROUGH Tell Sen what is on your mind, any time. Sen listens, asks kind questions and remembers details from your conversations, which you can see, edit or delete, so you don't have to start over each time. Type, or speak and let your phone turn it into text. NOTICE HOW YOUR DAYS FEEL Log your mood with one tap and add what you did: coffee with a friend, a run, a long day at work. A simple calendar shows how your weeks are going. BREATHE WITH THE LOTUS Follow the lotus as it opens and closes. Choose a gentle 5-5 rhythm, box breathing or 4-7-8 before sleep. Soft haptics guide you, even with your eyes closed. CALM SOUNDS Mix rain, ocean waves, a campfire, singing bowls and soft noise. Set a sleep timer that fades everything out gently (Sen Plus). SMALL PRACTICES, KIND WORDS A 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise for racing thoughts, and a kind note for each day, drawn from Sen's own words and timeless writing. CAREFUL BY DESIGN - Every message is checked by a separate safety system. If you seem to be in danger, Sen shows verified helplines for your country. - Your conversations, memories and notes are encrypted. No ads, and your data is never sold. - Speech is turned into text on your phone; audio never reaches our servers. - See and edit what Sen remembers, and delete a conversation or your whole account at any time. SEN PLUS Sen is free to use, with 25 messages a day. Sen Plus raises this to 250 messages a day and adds the sleep timer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; payment is charged to your Apple account, and you can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. IMPORTANT Sen is a wellness companion, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace a doctor or therapist.
