What are we having on Tuesday? Settle it on Sunday. Squirrel away the recipes you find, plan the week's dinners together, and shop from one list, filed by aisle. What are we having on Tuesday? Settle it on Sunday. Kitchen Squirrel turns your recipes into a week's dinners and one shopping list, shared with the people you cook with. WHEN YOU SPOT ONE: SQUIRREL IT AWAY Share a recipe from Safari or paste its link. Photograph a cookbook page or a handwritten card, or choose up to six screenshots of one recipe. Short of ideas? Browse Discover for recipes from around the web. LAY OUT THE WEEK Tap recipes onto the nights you're cooking: from your queue, favourites and cookbooks, or suggestions from your own recipes that say why ("Uses the coriander you're already buying"). AT THE SHOP Pick the meals you're shopping for and the list builds itself, each line in the recipe's own words, scaled to your servings and filed by aisle. Regulars like milk and bread go on every list, and after a few trips your ticks teach it your route round the shop. TUESDAY, HALF SIX: DINNER'S DECIDED Open the app and tonight's dinner is waiting. Rated it last time? Your verdict comes back with it ("less salt"). Cook mode shows one step at a time, keeps the screen awake and runs multiple timers, each with a notification when it ends. THURSDAY: TUESDAY'S LEFTOVERS Cook extra on purpose. Stash what's left with an eat-by date you choose, then put it on another night. ALL WEEK: ONE KITCHEN, EVERYONE IN IT Invite your household by email or link. Whoever plans, shops or cooks sees the same recipes, plan and list. FREE, WITH PRO IF YOU WANT IT Pro is an optional purchase that covers everyone in your household. It adds: • Plan my week: empty cooking nights filled from your own recipes • Cookable sort: fewest missing ingredients first, checked against your list, plan and regulars • Vote for dinner: the winner joins your queue • Who's cooking tonight, with a reminder for the cook • Saved weeks • Your own photos on recipes • Intelligent ingredient substitutions • Macros per serving • Unlimited smart captures, within a daily fair-use limit Choose Monthly or Annual, or Founders' while places last: a single payment, not a subscription, for the first 100 people: Pro for as long as you keep your account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is taken from your Apple Account when you confirm. Monthly and Annual renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you cancel, Pro runs to the end of the paid period. THE LEGAL BIT, PLAINLY No adverts, and we never sell your data. Recipes, shares and Discover listings can be reported, and we act on objectionable content within 24 hours.
