When the lesson ends, a sleep sound plays on as you drift off. In the morning, a short quiz helps you wake up remembering. HOW A NIGHT WORKS • Choose a lesson of 10, 20, 30 or 45 minutes. • Listen in bed: new words arrive with their meaning, along with a few from earlier nights. • Drift off to a sleep sound: rain, waves, white noise and more. • Set a gentle alarm. On iOS 26 and later, it's a real system alarm that rings even when your phone is on silent. • Wake up to a short quiz on last night's words. 32 LANGUAGES, ANY PAIR Learn any of 32 languages, explained in any other: Spanish in English, English in Turkish, Japanese in German. Every pair works, so you learn in the language you think in. FROM FIRST WORDS TO C2 More than 2,000 words and phrases, from your very first words (A0) to advanced (C2), in a program that grows with you. KEEP WHAT YOU HEAR • Morning quiz: a quick recall of last night's words. • Practice: short rounds with your words, whenever you like. • My words: every word you've met, and how well you know it. • Dictionary: look up words in both languages and hear them read aloud. • Progress: your nights and words at a glance. 11 SLEEP SOUNDS Rain, downpour, waves, distant thunder, stream, summer night, fireplace, cat purring, birdsong, white noise and brown noise. Play one after your lesson, or on its own. CALM BY DESIGN • No account. Your words and progress stay on your phone. • Lessons and sleep sounds work without a connection. SORO+ Soro is free to use with one language, levels A0 and A1, 10- and 20-minute lessons and 4 sleep sounds. soro+ adds: • several languages at once • levels A2 to C2 • 30- and 45-minute lessons • every sleep sound • unlimited practice • any word from the dictionary, in tonight's lesson soro+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan begins with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
