Your Calendar events stay fixed. Your Reminders get a realistic place to land. Span is a local planning layer on top of both: it measures the free time between your commitments, lets you pencil reminders into it with a duration, and tells you honestly when the day is full. PRICE THE DAY See your workday as a timeline of fixed events and open space. Drag a reminder into a gap, set how long it takes, and watch the remaining capacity change. PENCIL, NOT COMMIT Plans live only inside Span. Your Calendar and Reminders are never modified: Span never creates, edits, completes or deletes a source record. TRIAGE WITHOUT GUILT Overdue reminders are never carried silently. Decide for each one: plan it today, ask later, leave it as is, or hide it in Span. START, FINISH, RECOVER Run a plan, finish it, and undo mistakes. If a day ends with something still running, Span helps you enter the real finish time. Extending a plan shows an exact reflow preview before anything moves. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no tracking, no servers. Plans and history stay on your iPhone. Location is used only, if you allow it, to estimate travel time to your outings. Span is free to download and use.
