Task Studio uses the power of Apple Reminders without you having to use its interface. Apple and the account that stores your lists, such as iCloud, handle syncing. No separate Task Studio account is needed. FOUR CLEAR STATUSES • To tackle — collect what needs your attention. • Working on — focus on what you are doing now. • Waiting — keep track of who you are waiting for and when and how to follow up. • Later — save ideas and tasks until the time is right. AN EASIER NEXT STEP Drag tasks between statuses, one at a time or several together. Tap the circle to complete a task, or its text to edit it. When you move a task to Waiting, add who you are waiting for and how you want to follow up. The app suggests a reminder date so the task does not get forgotten. ROOMS FOR DIFFERENT PARTS OF YOUR DAY Not everything needs your attention at once. Rooms let you separate work from leisure and give family, personal projects or time to recharge a place of their own. Each room has the same simple layout. Choose which one to step into and what to focus on now. Name them to suit your life: Work, Leisure, Family or Breathing Space. MORE WITH TASK STUDIO PLUS A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited rooms, widgets and more ways to follow up, including Teams, SMS, WhatsApp and your own options. Customise the default follow-up schedule and change dates and times for individual follow-ups in Waiting. No subscription. The price is shown in your local currency before purchase. The app does not send messages on your behalf. CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE AND APPEARANCE Choose Swedish, English, Spanish or System in Settings. Use light or dark appearance and choose whether notes appear on task cards. Task Studio requires access to Apple Reminders. Enable its own notifications in Settings.
