Korelink Residents is your direct line into how your building runs — without calling the gate or posting in the building chat.
YOUR GUESTS, AUTHORIZED BEFORE THEY ARRIVE
Register who you're expecting and share a six-digit code or a signed QR pass. Your guest gets in without explaining themselves to anyone, and without you going downstairs. Every pass has an explicit validity window: you decide when it starts working and when it stops.
YOUR PACKAGES, WITHOUT ASKING THE FRONT DESK
Get notified when a delivery arrives for you, see what's waiting for pickup, and check the full history. If someone else collected on your behalf, that's on the record too.
AMENITY BOOKINGS
Check availability and book the rooftop, the lounge or the court from your phone, under the rules and capacity your management set.
REQUESTS AND REPORTS
Open a service request or report a fault with evidence, and follow its progress without chasing anyone. What you asked for and what was done both stay on record.
MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY
If you own more than one unit, or live in one and rent out another, switch between them without signing out.
YOUR INFORMATION, PROTECTED
Secure sign-in, fingerprint or face unlock, and credentials held in your phone's secure store. Your data belongs to your building: Korelink does not sell it and does not use it for advertising. You can request account deletion at korelink.app.
