Korelink Operations is the app for the people who actually run a building: front desk, concierge, security and maintenance. It is not an admin portal. It is the tool for the shift. PACKAGE INTAKE AT SCALE Log entire batches without typing every tracking number. Assisted capture reads the label, the system proposes the recipient, and exceptions go to their own queue instead of holding up the line. Every delivery keeps a full chain of custody: who received it, when, who handed it over, and with what evidence. VISITORS AND CONTRACTORS Residents authorize from their app, you execute from yours. Six-digit codes and signed QR passes with an explicit validity window. Contractors get a defined scope and time window, not an open pass. INCIDENTS AND SHIFT LOG An incident, a service request, a work order and a shift note are four different things, not one generic ticket. Logging a note mid-shift takes seconds. Quietly changing it afterwards is impossible — the log is append-only. AMENITIES AND DIRECTORY Bookings, capacity control, and the resident and unit directory for the whole portfolio, with search that answers as you type. MANY BUILDINGS, ONE APP If you run a portfolio, switch properties without signing out. Every action is attributed to the right building and the right person. WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOESN'T A building's operation does not stop because the link went down. The app keeps working and syncs when the connection returns. SECURITY OAuth 2.0 with PKCE against your identity provider, biometric unlock, and credentials held in the operating system's secure store. Every write is tied to a correlation ID, so you can reconstruct what happened, in what order, and on whose authority. REQUIRES A WORK ACCOUNT This app is for staff at buildings already running Korelink. Your administrator issues your credentials; there is no public sign-up.
