Susa Mileage keeps the vehicle logbook your tax office asks for, without you having to think about it. Drive as usual: the app notices, records the trip, and at the end of the year gives you the report.

LOGS YOUR DRIVES BY ITSELF
• Notices when you start driving, and uses CarPlay or your car's Bluetooth as an extra signal when you connect
• Records where you started, where you went and how far
• GPS runs only while you drive, so your battery lasts
• Add a trip by hand any time
ONE TAP AFTER THE DRIVE
New trips wait at the top of the list. Tap Personal or Commute, or tap Business and write a short reason, like "Meeting with a client". That's the part the tax office cares about, and it takes seconds.
A LOG YOU CAN STAND BEHIND
Every change is kept. If you correct a trip, the log shows the earlier version next to the new one, and a removed trip stays in the history with your reason. Tax offices expect a log that can't be quietly rewritten, and this one can't.
COSTS AND RECEIPTS
Record fuel, charging, insurance, repairs, parking, tolls, loan interest and lease payments, each with a photo of the receipt. Sales tax and VAT are shown separately.
THE REPORT YOUR COUNTRY EXPECTS
Susa Mileage knows the rules for:
• United States: the 2026 standard mileage rate, plus medical and charity miles
• Canada: actual costs × business-use share, with the interest and lease limits applied
• United Kingdom: simplified expenses, 55p then 25p a mile
• Australia: cents per kilometre, up to 5,000 km per car
• Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and France
• In the other EU countries it keeps the log and works out your business-use share and costs for your accountant
At year end, export a PDF report with every trip, a CSV for your spreadsheet, or a file for Susa Books.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-in, no email address
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking
• Your locations never reach us; we have no server to send them to
• Your log lives in your own iCloud, synced between your iPhone and iPad
