tezfin is a free app for keeping your own money records.
The app does not lend money, does not match you with lenders and does not move payments. Everything here is your own bookkeeping and your own assessment.
INCOME AND EXPENSES
• Add income and expenses by hand: amount, category, date.
• Voice entry — dictate a spend instead of typing it.
• "Who and what": beside the category, a spend can be tied to you, to the household or to something of yours — a child, a flat, a car.
• Recurring payments: add a contract — rent, school, salary — and entries appear on their dates; you only confirm them.
• Analytics: where the money goes by category, and how income compares with expenses — for a month, three months or a year.
• Offline, an entry is saved on your phone and sent once you are back online.
FINANCIAL PASSPORT
• A score on a scale up to 850 — your own assessment, not a bank decision and not a credit bureau report.
• You can see what it is made of: credit history, financial behaviour from your own entries, and financial literacy.
• A clear next step — what to do to make the score grow.
• Credit bureau (KATM) figures are entered manually, by you.
YOUR OWN LOANS
• Add a loan you already have: lender, amount, currency, next payment.
• A payment schedule split into principal and mark-up.
• Mark a payment as paid, and the expense appears in your transactions.
• A reminder about the nearest payment arrives on your phone.
FAMILY
• Invite adults with a link in any messenger; add a child without a phone or an account.
• A shared budget and shared savings goals.
• Contributions to a goal are recorded as bookkeeping, not as a money transfer: the app moves no money.
• Challenges and ratings are cosmetic — no stakes and no cash prizes.
• The rule is shown up front: members' expenses are visible to the whole family, income only as one family total, notes to no one. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
FINANCIAL LITERACY
• Short lessons with a final quiz; passing one earns experience and coins.
• Completed lessons strengthen the literacy component of your score.
BARAKA TOWN GAME
• A game about money habits: the expenses you record in tezfin turn into buildings in your mahalla.
• Nothing in the game is bought with money, and coins have no cash value.
SECURITY AND YOUR DATA
• Sign in with a PIN, Face ID or a fingerprint; an account password signs you in on a new device.
• Your records and profile are kept on the phone in an encrypted database.
• Consents are shown as a list; optional ones can be withdrawn one by one.
• You can delete your account from inside the app.
• A question or an idea? Shake your phone on any screen and write to us.
LANGUAGES
Russian, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic), English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik. The game is in Russian and Uzbek.
