Endless is hard on purpose: new arrows keep landing until the board chokes. Journey and Daily are the easy chair, for an evening of light thinking.
Tap an arrow and it slides until something stops it. Give it a clear way out and it flies off the board. That's level 1. By rush hour you'll be counting turns on your fingers.
The whole game turns on trains. Park arrows of the same colour nose to tail and they couple, and from then on they move together: three cars sent one by one cost you three turns, while the same three sent as a train cost one, and every later level leans on that.
Two slides make a turn. An exit ends it at once.
New arrows show up early, drawn as dashed outlines with a number on them. Treat those cells as taken. A slide stops short of one, and an exit sails straight over it.
Journey runs past a hundred levels, ten to a chapter, with a new trick in each chapter until crossings and rush hour turn up near the end, and after level 100 the chapters start mixing those tricks with an easy breather every so often. You clear the board or hit a score inside a budget of turns. Spend fewer, get more stars. Before any level ships, our bots play it over and over and a solver writes down a solution, so every single one can be beaten.
Endless is the hard mode, and we meant it that way. Arrows keep landing and the board fills faster than you'd like. Your best score sits at the top of the screen, taunting you.
Daily hands everyone the same board, arrivals included, so when you and a friend compare scores you're comparing the exact same puzzle. Forget a day and a streak freeze covers it.
A move can wait while the kettle boils, and the board will be exactly where you left it. The music stays low and warm, each move lands with a soft sound and a small nudge in your hand, and Settings has a switch for every bit of it.
Each direction has its own tile shape, blue squares going up and plum octagons going down, so a crowded board reads in a second even if colours are hard for you. Light and Dark are yours from day one. Paper opens at player level 3 and Dusk at level 6.
Shove Off is free. Everything we sell is about ads or looks, and the puzzles are the same for everyone. A reward video is there when you want one: in Endless and Daily it takes back your last tap, and on a Journey level you're about to lose it adds three turns (a level won that way gives one star, tops). "Remove ads" is a single purchase and keeps only the videos you tap yourself. "Studio themes" opens Paper and Dusk today, and the "Supporter pack" is both. Restore them any time in Settings.
The cat on the splash screen blinks once. Then it's your move.
