Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New: a fresh card design, one page for every student, partial grades and final grades with plus or minus. Start free. Class lists stay on your device.
Kreidezeit – the planner for teachers
Timetable, lesson planning, to-dos and grades in one place. For iPhone and iPad. As simple as a paper teacher planner, with everything paper can’t do.
PLANNER AND ONE CLASS FREE
Your timetable, to-dos and every planner view are free. Plan lessons for past weeks, this week and next week. One class with its subjects, students, grades and remarks is free too. Backup, restore and transfer are always free.
TODAY
At a glance: the current and next lesson, cards for to-dos, upcoming events, the week and remarks, plus your school day and birthdays.
PLANNER
Day, week, month and year. Enter your timetable once and every week fills in by itself. Set your school year and terms, and add your holidays yourself or import your school’s calendar file (.ics).
LESSON PLANS
Topic, plan, materials and notes for every lesson. Attach worksheets, photos and scanned pages right there.
CLASSES AND GRADES
Create a class with its subjects and students in three short steps. A short subject assistant asks how much oral, written, practical and other work counts, with your own percentages. Enter grades as an assessment for the whole class or one by one, with partial grades if you like, e.g. in sports. Kreidezeit calculates averages per term and for the whole school year, shows the final grade with plus or minus if you want, and tells you where grades are missing. Choose A–F with plus and minus, percentages or other grading systems for each subject.
STUDENT PAGE
Every student on one page: all subjects with average, final grade and grade trend, remarks, birthday, parent contacts and custom fields. Search takes you straight to a student.
IMPORT STUDENT LISTS
From Excel, CSV or a copied list of names. Kreidezeit recognizes the columns, shows a preview and asks when something is unclear.
PRINT AND PDF
Grade lists for one subject or several at once, a class checklist and an overview for parent meetings.
YOUR STYLE
Colour themes in light and dark. A short intro tour and a “Getting Started” checklist help you begin.
NEW SCHOOL YEAR
An assistant moves classes up, carries over your timetable and prepares your class lists. Kreidezeit makes a safety copy first, and you can undo the change for 30 days.
YOUR DATA
• Class lists, grades and student profiles stay on your device only, protected with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. They are never synced through iCloud.
• Your planner, timetable and to-dos sync between iPhone and iPad through your iCloud.
• Back up everything into a password-protected file that you keep yourself.
• No ads, no analytics, no account.
Before keeping student data on a personal device, check your school’s rules.
