Morgenglas keeps your morning calm if you take a prescribed GLP-1 weight loss pill. It reminds you at the time you choose, starts the waiting time before breakfast, helps you reach your protein and turns your entries into a report for your doctor. Your data stays on your device.
IN THE MORNING
• A reminder at the time you choose, with your own times for weekends or shift days
• One calm screen for the ritual: pill, glass with a fill line, start
• The waiting time runs as a rising sun, also on the lock screen (can be switched off). When it ends, it says “breakfast ready”
• Mark when you took it. If today is already logged, Morgenglas tells you
• Notes on taking it come from the official product information, with source and date. Your doctor may have told you something different, so every time can be changed
• Apple Watch: the rising sun and the time left, on your wrist. A tap on “Taken” goes to the app on your iPhone, which confirms it
THROUGH THE DAY
• Protein and fiber: tap building blocks such as “skyr 250 g” and get ideas for gentle meals
• How you feel: nausea, digestion, energy and appetite (also “food noise”). Nothing is rated or scored
• Weight and waist, optionally with Apple Health. No red numbers, no streak pressure
• Supply and costs: how long your pack lasts, with a reminder before you need a new one
• Short knowledge cards with sources on taking it, protein, nausea and exercise
FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
• A PDF report with the days you took it, how you felt, your weight and your own questions
WHO IT’S FOR
For adults on a doctor-prescribed GLP-1 treatment, especially with a tablet in the morning. Whether you are just starting or have been at it for a while, Morgenglas gives your morning a calm, steady routine. Your treatment is prescribed by your doctor, not by this app.
YOUR DATA
No account, no ads, no analytics. Everything stays on your device. Only the Plus purchase and, if you choose, the barcode lookup at Open Food Facts need the internet.
FREE AND PLUS
Free: the morning ritual with reminder and waiting time, logging food with barcode and protein ring, the log of the last seven days, list export, widget and Live Activity. Free stays free. Plus: full history, “Your usuals” with one tap, more knowledge cards, doctor’s report and health app link. Morgenglas Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription. You can try Plus free for 14 days.
The store shows the price and term before you buy. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage and cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings.
This app is a reminder and a diary, not a medical device. It does not replace a conversation with your doctor. It does not set a dose and does not judge anything. Your doctor may give you other times. Then their instruction applies. If you have complaints or warning signs: talk to your doctor. Morgenglas is independent of any drug manufacturer.
