ScrubPHI removes identifying details from text before you paste it into an AI chat, an email, or anywhere else, and it does all of the work on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, no analytics, and no tracking. Paste text into the app, share text from any app, or use the ScrubPHI keyboard inside the app you are already in. ScrubPHI detects and replaces HIPAA Safe Harbor identifier types, including names, dates, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, and ZIP codes, and shows you exactly what it found before you copy the result. Built for clinicians, coders, researchers, and anyone who pastes real notes into AI tools: - On-device detection: pattern matching for structured identifiers plus on-device name recognition. Your text never leaves the phone. - Review before you share: every redaction is highlighted so you can check the result. Automated detection is a helper, not a guarantee. Always review text for context before sending it. - Audit log that respects privacy: the app records finding types and counts only, never the values it removed. - Keyboard that works without Full Access: the Paste & Scrub keyboard runs with no network and no shared storage. ScrubPHI is a best-effort redaction helper. It does not certify that any text is de-identified, compliant, or safe to share. You are responsible for reviewing the output.
