Run your courts or organize tournaments right from your pocket
Challengers Partners is the app clubs and organizers use to run tennis and padel in Baku.
At the venue, the desk is on the phone. Now shows who is on each court and which booking requests are waiting for an answer. Day is one court for the day: tap an empty hour to book it, or hold the hour to block it. Bookings is the list of people coming in. Open a booking to confirm or decline it, mark it paid, record a no-show, or cancel it. From that same screen you can call the guest or message them on WhatsApp. Walk-ins and bookings that come in by phone are taken here too.
Each court’s hours and prices are set in the app, and a court can be switched off. When several people work the desk, the owner resets their password here. Someone who looks after more than one venue switches between them from the top of the screen.
Organizers use the same app for events. Create a tournament, take entries, build the draw, and enter the score live at the court. A circuit gathers results across a series of events. Camps are managed here as well, and messages from players come into the inbox.
