Every new account gets 2 months of Premium, free: no card and nothing to cancel.
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
