Kept brings your belongings, photos and purchase details together in a private inventory on your device. Add items room by room, find what you need, and prepare a readable PDF when it is time to share a record.
RECORD THE DETAILS
Save up to six photos per item, purchase price and date, serial number, barcode, warranty information and notes. Organize by room and category, then search your saved details.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No Kept account, advertising or automatic Kept cloud sync. Your inventory stays on your device. Add an optional Face ID, Touch ID or device-passcode lock for extra protection.
A USEFUL COPY WHEN YOU NEED IT
Export your whole inventory or a selected room as a PDF, with photos if you choose. Save a separate password-encrypted backup to Files to restore editable records later. Your chosen file provider handles any backup or sharing of that saved copy. Keep the backup password safe—Kept cannot recover it for you. Kept's internal inventory is excluded from automatic device backups, so keep an independent copy somewhere safe.
YOUR CURRENCY
Choose one currency for your inventory. Changing it keeps the recorded numbers unchanged; it does not convert exchange rates.
LOCAL BARCODE MATCHING
Scan a barcode to record it or find a matching item already in your inventory. Unfamiliar products need their details entered manually. Kept does not look up products online.

Record up to 10 items with unlimited rooms. Every inventory feature, including PDF export, encrypted backups and the optional lock, is available on Free.
KEPT PLUS
Keep adding beyond 10 items with an auto-renewing subscription.
United States: US$3.99 per month or US$42.99 billed annually.
South Africa: R79.99 per month or R859.99 billed annually.
The annual plan saves 10% compared with 12 monthly payments at these prices. Apple displays the applicable local price before purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Existing records remain readable, editable, searchable and exportable when Plus ends.
Purchases, Restore purchases and refreshed subscription status may need an internet connection. Everyday inventory work is local. Inventory prices are your recorded purchase amounts, not appraisals or a guarantee of insurance coverage. Check your insurer's evidence requirements.
