Werkvia: Job Reports

Photo records & sign-off

Free · In‑App Purchases

Capture photos, defects, readings and the customer's signature right on the job and share a PDF report. Works offline, no account, no tracking. Werkvia is job documentation for trades and field service. Photos, defects, readings and the customer's signature go straight into the job – and you finish with a clean A4 report. No more photos lost in chats, notes on scraps of paper or writing reports at night. Werkvia is not an ERP or CRM. It is a tool for work on site: open the job, document, get it signed, share the report. JOBS • Customer, site, contact and project number at a glance • Start, pause and finish the work timer on the job • Search and filter by status, date and customer PHOTO DOCUMENTATION • Take photos or import them from your library • Categorise instantly: before, work, after, defect, reading, material • Add a comment and, if you like, the location to every photo • Every original is stored unchanged with a SHA-256 checksum, so later changes can be detected • Mark up with arrow, circle, rectangle, pen and text on a working copy DEFECTS, READINGS, MATERIALS • Defects with severity from note to critical and open or resolved status • Readings with units, e.g. insulation resistance, voltage, pressure • Installed materials with quantity and part number SIGN-OFF AND REPORTS • Summary for the customer before sign-off • Signature with finger or Apple Pencil, with name, role and timestamp • Multiple signatures per job, e.g. customer and technician • A4 PDF reports with your logo: full job report, work record, photo documentation, defect report, service report • Share via AirDrop, mail, messenger or printer WERKVIA INTELLIGENCE On supported devices with Apple Intelligence (iOS or iPadOS 26), Werkvia Intelligence turns the job data you recorded into a report suggestion, answers questions about the open job and helps you word defect descriptions. Processing happens on the device. Suggestions are drafts – you review and apply them yourself. OFFLINE AND PRIVATE • Works without internet: in basements, plant rooms, on roofs • No account, no ads, no tracking • All data stays on your device; it is only shared when you choose to • App lock with Face ID or Touch ID • Backup file for moving to a new device WERKVIA PRO Werkvia is free and includes 3 jobs of your own with all core features. Werkvia Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription, and unlocks unlimited jobs and Werkvia Intelligence. Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish. App and report language can be set separately. Documented. Confirmed. Done.
