Shows that need booking now say so in the programme, with their price, and a button takes you straight to the right ticket. Reminders are more reliable: if notifications are turned off, the app shows you where to turn them back on.

Floor plans always up to date: the app now shows the latest version published by the show. Area and stand names are easier to read on the plans.

The map takes up the whole screen: it fills the view as soon as it opens, under a slimmer floor bar. Zoom follows your fingers smoothly, with no steps. The selected stand and the route step now fit on one line, so you can see more of the map.

The show maps are here. Each stand shows the colour of its theme, and themed routes guide you through the aisles. Tap "Get there on the map" on an event: the map opens on the right floor and draws the way to the stage or the studio. During the show, the blue dot shows where you are on the map. The map opens full screen, turns to landscape and zooms with two fingers.

Show entry is included with every activity in the ticket office, and the app now says so clearly. More reliable launch on the latest iOS versions.

Fix: the app closed at launch on iOS 27. It takes on the colours of the 2026 poster, with our two characters, and the ticket office shows each event's poster.
