quant blitz turns the questions trading firms ask into short multiple-choice lessons, with an explanation after every answer: over 1,400 questions, plus mental math speed drills. Pick your role, then work through a path that ramps up from the basics.
TRADING
• Mental math: timed speed drills with typed answers, Zetamac style, from quick sums to decimals, percentages and sequences. Plus test conditions: 80 problems in 8 minutes.
• Probability: counting, Bayes, expectation, variance and the classic distributions.
• Brainteasers: dice, cards and urns, waiting times and optimal stopping.
• Betting and games: expected value, Kelly sizing and game theory.
• Market making: quotes and spreads, making a market, adverse selection and trading games.
• Options: payoffs and put–call parity, pricing bounds, the Greeks and volatility.
DEV
• C++: core language, memory and object lifetime, templates, the STL, concurrency and memory ordering, operating systems, and low-latency performance.
• Python: the data model, data structures and their costs, functions and OOP, the GIL and concurrency, CPython internals, NumPy and pandas, and operating systems.
LEARN IN A WAY THAT STICKS
• Lessons of 8–10 questions that ramp up in difficulty
• Missed questions come back until you get them right, then return in spaced reviews
• Take the placement test to start at your level, or jump ahead with a checkpoint
• Streaks, a daily XP goal and an optional reminder keep you consistent
BLITZ MODE
Answer against the clock for bonus XP: 30 seconds for concept questions, 60 for the rest.
PREMIUM
The full path and the speed drills are free; lessons are limited by hearts. Premium adds unlimited hearts, blitz mode, jumping straight to any section, full stats (mastery by section, accuracy by question type and 30 days of XP) and a searchable question bank. Choose yearly, with a 3-day free trial, monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Yearly and monthly Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends, and the subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and doesn't renew.
