Eventia is for small teams that send people out to work: bands, production companies, technical crews, electricians, catering, and set-up teams. Plan every day, bring in the right people, and see who has confirmed. All in one place, instead of scattered across group chats.
HOW IT WORKS
• Create your organization: your band, company, or team. Bring people in, give each one a role, and sort them into groups.
• Plan the days: each event or job has one or more days, each with its own agenda, place, and times.
• Bring people in: add people to the days they are needed, each with their position, and see who is on, who still has to answer, and who declined.
WHAT YOU GET
• A calendar with all your events, one colour per organization.
• An agenda for every day, with start and end times.
• Chats for each day, each organization, and one-to-one, with mentions.
• Notifications when you are called in, when someone answers, and when something changes.
• Places on a map, so everyone knows where to go.
• Photos and documents for each event and day, and private notes for the people who run it.
• Polls to decide as a team.
• Profiles with contacts and positions, from sound engineer to electrician.
