The Jobs dashboard keeps recent visits, unpaid work, and follow-ups easy to find. Clear status indicators show which jobs are drafts, completed, unpaid, or need another visit. Tap dashboard metrics to move directly to the work that needs attention.
CUSTOMER AND EQUIPMENT HISTORY
Create customer profiles with names, phone numbers, email addresses, service locations, and private notes. Each customer record brings together their equipment and service history, so the details from the last visit are available when you need them.
Build equipment profiles for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, air handlers, thermostats, commercial refrigeration systems, and other equipment. Record the brand, model, serial number, installation date, warranty notes, fuel type, refrigerant type, filter size, tonnage, BTU rating, and private service notes.
