The whole church. One app. Serving schedules, events, songs with chords, sermons, prayer requests and team chat, always at hand. Avenit is the app for your whole church community: members, volunteers, ministry leaders and staff. Schedules, events, songs, sermons, prayer requests and team conversations live in one place, ready on a Sunday morning a few minutes before the service. To sign in, you need an account at a church that uses the Avenit church management system. Your church administrator creates the account. If you belong to more than one church, you choose the right one when you sign in. The app interface is in Polish. English and Ukrainian translations are in progress. FOR EVERYONE IN THE CHURCH • A home screen with what matters to you: upcoming events, your serving schedule, your tasks • Church calendar with sign-ups and one-tap export to your phone's calendar • Sermons and teaching series, including video • Prayer wall: share a request and pray for others • Home groups with a map, meetings and materials • Giving and your giving statement (payment opens in your browser) • Forms and registrations prepared by your church FOR VOLUNTEERS AND TEAMS • My serving: accept or decline schedule invitations with one tap, even straight from the notification • Report your absences so leaders see them before building the schedule • Step-by-step service programs • Song library with chords and transposition, setlists for the next service • Teams: schedule, roster, equipment and shared materials MESSENGER • Private and group conversations within your church • Voice messages, photos and files • Polls, prayer requests and events right in the conversation • Mentions, read receipts and pinned messages • Push notifications for new messages and serving invitations FOR LEADERS AND STAFF Depending on the permissions your administrator grants: member directory, attendance, finances, room bookings, approvals, projects and tasks. Full church settings are available in the web browser. SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Every church has its own separate database, and data from different churches is never combined • You only see what your church administrator has given you access to • Two-factor authentication (2FA) and Face ID unlock • No ads and no tracking Avenit, church management software.
