Hear the distance between two notes and name it. Real piano sound, a song to remember every interval, and a step by step course that grows with you. Free, no account. Dinota teaches you to recognize musical intervals by ear: the distance between two notes, from a minor 2nd to an octave, going up and going down. Recognizing intervals is the foundation of playing by ear, singing in tune, transcribing melodies and improvising. Dinota turns it into a short daily habit, with a real piano sound and songs you already know. HOW IT WORKS Listen to two notes, pick the interval you heard, and get instant feedback. When you miss one, Dinota shows both notes on a piano, lets you replay what you heard next to the correct answer, and reminds you of a song that starts with that interval. A COURSE THAT GROWS WITH YOU Start with perfect 4ths, 5ths and octaves, then add thirds, seconds, sixths, sevenths and the tritone. Each level unlocks the next once you really know it, so you never move on too early or get stuck on what you already master. REMEMBER EVERY INTERVAL WITH A SONG Each interval comes with well known melodies, ascending and descending. Star the one that works for you, or add your own song, like the first notes of your favorite chorus. PRACTICE WHAT YOU MISS MOST Weak spot review builds a short session with the intervals you get wrong and the pairs you tend to confuse. Free practice lets you choose exactly which intervals and directions to train. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Follow your accuracy for every interval, up and down, plus your daily streak and answers this week. DESIGNED FOR IPHONE Clean native design, light and dark mode, and a recorded grand piano for clear, natural notes. Available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No tracking. Your progress stays on your iPhone. Whether you are a beginner, a music student preparing for an exam, a singer or a player who wants to learn songs by ear, Dinota helps you hear music more clearly, a few minutes at a time.
