Aldus — My Home Library
Book scanner & shelf catalogue
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
7-day free trial, no card needed. Scan your books one after another, note where each one is shelved, and know in a bookshop whether you already own it.
Aldus is the digital twin of your bookshelves: what you own, where it is shelved, and who you lent it to.
SCAN ONE AFTER ANOTHER
Point at the barcode: the book is added. The camera stays open, the counter goes up. The records fill themselves in: publisher, year, cover, category.
EVERY BOOK HAS AN ADDRESS
Living room, large bookcase, shelf 3 — or the red box in the cellar. Pick a shelf, scan what you put on it: it's shelved.
IN A BOOKSHOP, THE ANSWER RIGHT AWAY
Scan a book: "You already own it", "You have this work in another edition" or "Not in your library".
LEND WITHOUT LOSING TRACK
Who has it, since when, a reminder if you like. When it comes back, Aldus tells you where it goes.
YOUR LIBRARY STAYS YOURS
