Find your own rhythm. Trance Sound creates layered soundscapes you can shape to your liking—from calm, warm tones to evolving waves of pulse and breath.
Blend different sound elements: binaural or monaural beats, isochronic pulses, a deep heartbeat, rhythmic breathing noise, and a warm drone. Add shimmer, spatial movement, and reverb to make each session your own.
Your sound, your pace
Adjust each sound and its intensity. Choose a manual session or an automatic progression: steady, gentle, wave-like, or building toward a sustained peak. Set the session length and let the sound fade out gradually at the end.
Start with a preset or make it yours
Seven built-in presets offer different starting points, including a gentle beginning, a heartbeat focus, and a gradual build. Save your own settings as presets and access them on iPhone and Apple Watch.
On your wrist, too
Start and control a session from Apple Watch. Adjust key settings right from your wrist, and feel the pulse as subtle haptic taps.
Headphones are recommended for binaural beats. For speakers, choose monaural mode. Do not use the app while driving or in situations that require your attention.
