Only for Apple TV
$3.99
Apple TV
Put Spår on your TV and watch the trains of Sweden, Finland and Norway move in real time, coloured by how late they are. Click a train to ride along with it.
Watch trains move across Sweden, Finland and Norway, right on your Apple TV. Spår shows live train traffic on a calm, dark map. Follow a particular train, or leave the map on and watch the trains glide along the tracks.
SEE DELAYS AT A GLANCE
Each train appears as a glowing dot. White means on time, yellow a few minutes late, orange a longer delay and red very late. Grey means delay information isn’t available. You can turn off the delay colours in Settings.
FOLLOW A TRAIN
Select a train to zoom in and follow it along the tracks. When the information is available, you’ll see its destination, next stop, speed and delay. Looking for a particular train? Search by its train number.
MADE TO BE LEFT ON
After a while, the controls fade away, leaving just the map. It drifts slowly to help protect your screen and keeps the screensaver from interrupting. You can show or hide a clock in the corner.
EXPLORE WITH YOUR REMOTE
Swipe to move around the map, and click the top or bottom edge of the remote to zoom. Click to follow the train in the centre. Press Play/Pause to open the places menu and jump to Nearby, Sweden, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Oslo or Helsinki.
OPEN RAIL DATA
Train positions come from Trafikverket in Sweden, Fintraffic in Finland and Entur in Norway, and refresh every few seconds. The railway map uses open data from Trafikverket, the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency and Bane NOR. Finnish freight trains appear as small squares.
Information may sometimes be delayed or incomplete. If Trafikverket is unavailable, Spår shows clearly labelled demo trains until live traffic data returns.
PRIVACY
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your location is only used when you choose “Nearby”, and it never leaves your Apple TV.
