One tap to start, one tap to stop. A breathing ring, a clear timeline and a PDF summary for your midwife or doctor. No account, and your records stay on your phone.
Contraction Timer is a calm, private way to record your contractions, designed to be used with one hand and as little attention as possible.
Tap the large button when a contraction starts and again when it eases. The app records each contraction's length and the time between them, and quietly builds a clear picture of your rhythm.
What you get
• One-tap timing with a large, easy button
• A breathing ring with gentle, optional breathing cues (Calm mode)
• Length, interval and rest for every contraction
• A living timeline of recent contractions
• Last-hour and whole-session averages
• Focus mode: only the time, nothing else
• Notes for each contraction or session
• A clean PDF summary to share with your midwife or doctor
• Light and dark themes, 8 languages
Private by design
• No account, no sign-up
• Your records stay on your phone, in an encrypted database
• Your contraction data is never used for analytics or advertising
