beyond line は、LINE公式アカウントを運営する店舗・事業者のスタッフ向けの管理アプリです。
お客様からのLINEを、外出先でもすぐに確認して返信できます。
【できること】
・お客様とのトークの確認・返信(テキスト、画像の確認)
・対応状態(未対応・対応中・対応済み)の切り替え
・友だちの検索(名前・本名でも検索できます)
・友だちの詳細の確認と編集(本名・メモ・タグ・友だち情報)
・複数のLINE公式アカウント(店舗)の切り替え
・公式アカウントごとの新着メッセージのプッシュ通知(通知をタップすると、そのトークが開きます)
【ご利用にあたって】
・ご利用には、beyond admin のアカウント(メールアドレス・パスワード)が必要です。
・見られる公式アカウントは、会社のオーナーが設定した範囲に限られます。
・お客様の情報は、店舗ごとに分けて管理されます。
Ratings & Reviews

・iPadの横向きで、左にトーク一覧・右にチャットを並べて表示できるようになりました
・設定に「通知する内容」を追加しました(新着メッセージ・フォームの回答を、この端末ごとにオン/オフできます)
・お客様がフォームに回答したとき、トークに「回答結果を見る」カードが表示され、アプリで回答内容を確認できるようになりました(カードの表示はフォームごとの設定です)
・お客様がフォームに回答すると、トークが一覧の一番上に来て、未対応の印が付き、通知が届くようになりました
・そのほか、表示と動作を改善しました
