Free · In‑App Purchases

Is tonight’s sunset worth it? Glow scores for every sunrise and sunset, hourly weather around golden hour, and the sun’s path in AR. Know before you go. Know if tonight’s sunset is worth it, and exactly where the sun will set. Whenlit forecasts the light. Every sunrise and sunset gets a glow score, golden hour and blue hour are timed to the minute, and you can hold up your iPhone to see the sun’s path in AR. Use it for an evening walk, a beach day, a photo, or simply to catch the sunset. GLOW SCORE FOR EVERY SUNRISE & SUNSET A 0–100 score for how colorful the sky is likely to get: high and mid-level clouds that catch the light, low cloud that blocks the sun, visibility and rain. Scan the week and pick the best day. HOURLY WEATHER AROUND THE MOMENT Conditions and chance of rain hour by hour, with the hours around sunrise and sunset highlighted. Rain at 6 PM? You’ll see it before you go. SUN PATH IN AR Hold up your iPhone and see where the sun will travel and set over the real view, with times along the path. SUNRISE & SUNSET ON THE MAP See the exact direction the sun rises and sets from any place, so you know which way to face. GOLDEN HOUR & BLUE HOUR Sunrise, sunset, golden hour, blue hour, moonrise and moonset, always in the local time of the place you're planning for. Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

• New glow score: sunrise and sunset are now rated for colorful skies, using high and mid-level clouds, not just "is it clear". • Hourly weather under the week view: tap a sunrise or sunset to see the hours around it. • Day details: drag through the timeline to see sun height, light phase and clouds at any moment (Pro). • Pull to refresh on Sky and Forecast. • After sunrise or sunset, tell us how the sky looked with one tap — it helps make forecasts better. • Widgets show shorter place names, plus fixes and polish.
