It is the mobile side of Helix, the platform that runs the work behind an aviation company: requests coming in, quotations going out, orders, suppliers and the money in between. At your desk you have the full screen. Away from it, Helix Desk gives you the moments that cannot wait.
APPROVALS IN ONE TAP
Quotations above your level, orders to suppliers, supplier invoices to pass for payment, cancellations and time away. Everything waiting for your decision is in one list, oldest first, with the amount, the level it needs and the case it belongs to. Approve in one tap. Decline with a short reason, so the team knows why.
ORDERS AS THEY LAND
Every customer purchase order from the last days, with its value, its owner and anything holding it back: not yet accepted, a PO that sits on two cases, parts that do not match the case, or a customer under review.
A LEAD THE MOMENT IT HAPPENS
A call at the hangar, a request over coffee, a message on the road. Pick the customer, add the part numbers, quantity and condition, mark it AOG, Critical or Normal and add a note. It goes straight to the desk as a case, and you are credited as the lead. Follow every lead you brought in and see when it is quoted or won.
THE CASE AT A GLANCE
Open any case to see the customer, the parts, where the quotation and orders stand, and who owns it. Call, email or WhatsApp the customer's contacts from the same screen.
ALERTS THAT MATTER
Helix tells you when something needs you, and a tap on the alert opens the case. Your company decides which alerts are switched on.
SECURE BY DESIGN
Sign in once with your company Microsoft account, then open Helix Aero with Face ID. Every action is yours, recorded under your name, with the same approval levels you hold on the full screen. The app holds no company data of its own beyond what you are looking at.
Helix Desk is for companies that run on Helix. You need an account from your company to sign in.
