CradleDraft is a dedicated engineering workspace for dry-dock blocking and hull support geometry. Build a digital docking cradle, establish a shared coordinate system, and document the relationship between the dock floor, vessel hull, support blocks and contact points. Follow your geometry from the planned arrangement through field measurements to the as-landed record. Explore five connected workspaces: • DOCK — Define dock dimensions, datum, centerline and stations. Record floor elevations and attach spatial observations. • HULL — Create vessel and frame references, build sections from Y/Z coordinates, and inspect keel and bilge geometry. • BLOCK — Arrange keel and bilge supports. Manage block positions, stack layers, cap geometry and recorded heights. • TOUCH — Assign contact targets, record measured positions, calculate D/Y/Z differences and spatial offsets, and trace observed contact patches. • LAND — Inspect planned, set and landed geometry. Create measurement sets, preserve revisions and freeze as-landed records. Work directly with interactive engineering drawings. Pinch to zoom, select individual objects and move between frame stations. Keep survey sources, timestamps, photographs and field notes connected to their engineering context. Reference, recorded and calculated values remain clearly distinguished. Missing measurements stay visible, while superseded records remain available for review. Preview and share engineering PDF sheets, export metre-based DXF geometry, and save project geometry as JSON.
