It uses a single gesture: close the lid.
Close the lid and a stick of incense lights up on the cover screen — the countdown begins. The incense IS your focus: it burns as long as you stay in.
Give in and flip it open? The incense snaps. The session is void, and your journal keeps a broken mark.
Hold until the incense burns out? A completed session is sealed into your journal.
No to-do lists. No streaks. No leaderboards. Just you and one stick of incense.
