The driver is smart. It knows every street, it knows how many roadblocks you have left, and each turn it takes whichever way is hardest to stop. Plan for the obvious route and it will take another. To win, you have to think like the driver. Then there are two of them, driving as a team: one draws your roadblocks while the other runs.
