Dvale turns sleep into a competition with your friends.
Every morning you get a sleep score from 0 to 100, based on how long you slept and how much deep and REM sleep you got. Then you see which of your friends slept best last night.
SLEEP • Sleep score, sleep stages and when you fell asleep and woke up • Weekly goal and sleep streak: how many good nights in a row • Monthly sleep debt
COMPETE • Leaderboards for friends, your country or the whole world • Leagues for your country and city • Create your own competitions with friends • Duel: you against a friend, night by night
FEED • See when friends sleep well, set records or go to bed late • Notifications when someone wants to be your friend
INSIGHTS • Recommended bedtime based on your sleep • Personal records and badges to unlock • Dvale Wrapped: your year in sleep
WORKS WITH • Garmin watches • Apple Watch, Oura, Polar, Whoop and anything else that saves sleep in the Health app
You decide who sees your sleep: just you, friends, your country or the world. Dvale shows no ads and never sells your data.
Dvale is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
