Diwan HR is the employee app of Diwan, a human resources, attendance and payroll system. The app works with an account your company creates for you: if your company uses Diwan, type its address or scan the QR code from your HR team, then sign in.
Clock in from your phone
• Clock in and out with one tap at your workplace.
• No internet? Punch as usual: the punch is saved on your phone with the right time and is sent by itself when the internet is back.
• Protected punch time: changing the phone's clock does not change the time of a punch.
• Your location is taken only at the moment you punch, never in the background.
• Punch by scanning the QR code on your company's screen, and add a selfie if you like or if your company asks for one.
• Punches from your company's fingerprint devices show in the same place, with your daily attendance and monthly hours.
Leave and requests
• See your leave balances, what is left until the end of the year, and why.
• Request leave, an attendance correction, an official letter, a mission or an advance (depending on what your company turns on), and attach a document when needed.
• Follow every request: where it is, who has it, and since when.
• Managers decide on their team's requests from the Inbox: the balance before and after, who else is away on those days, then approve, reject or return for changes.
Payslips
• Your published payslips in detail: earnings, deductions and net pay, with a "Why?" next to every number.
• Download the payslip as a PDF in Arabic or English.
Notifications
• Everything that concerns you in one place: a decision on your request, a new payslip, a reminder about a missing punch.
• The alert on your lock screen carries no details, only that something is new. The details stay inside the app.
Security and privacy
• Your session is kept in the Keychain, on this device only.
• Punches waiting for the internet are stored encrypted on the device.
• Your sensitive data is visible only to the people your company allows.
Arabic first and right-to-left, with English, and light and dark modes.
Note: the app is for employees of companies that use Diwan and does not work without an account from your company. For questions about your account or your data, contact your company's HR team.
