Diverge: Social Network
Out-of-consensus intelligence
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Diverge is a social network for out-of-consensus intelligence: the ideas people don't already talk about.
POST WHAT YOU ACTUALLY THINK
Write a post under your handle and see its divergence score — how far it sits from what an AI would say. Posts show their full text and photos right in the feed. Reply, follow, and message people inside the app.
READ THE ORIGINALS
Explore a library of 60 public-domain texts — Plato, Mill, Douglass, Thoreau, Wollstonecraft and more — and read the original words inside Diverge. Highlight a passage, add a note, or turn it into a post.
TECH
Read research papers across AI, biotech, healthcare, robots, climate and economics, plus founders' pitch decks and Paul Graham's essays from his own site.
WATCH
The Media tab plays short clips through YouTube's official player. Swipe left on a clip to read its transcript and comment on a line.
DEBATE THE GREATS
Read Lincoln's, Douglass's or Burke's real argument, answer it in 60 seconds, and get an AI judge's verdict. The historical figures are AI simulations built from their own words, and they're labelled as such.
YOUR PROFILE, YOUR RULES
Arrange your photo collage, open Messages inside Profile, choose who sees each post, and report, block or mute anyone. Delete your account any time from Edit profile.
Now on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Get notified when people you follow post. A faster start: pick a handle, a few topics and people to follow. Post to private groups. Repost with a comment. Invite friends with your own link and QR code.
