Hurricanes, flights, public cameras and the Space Station live, on a 3D globe with real satellite imagery and day and night.
Follow every hurricane and tropical storm live, on a 3D globe with real satellite imagery.
· NOAA GOES satellite, through NASA GIBS, updated every few minutes.
· Forecast cone, forecast track and coastal warnings from the National Hurricane Center (NHC).
· Storm details: wind, pressure, movement and the 5-day forecast.
· Live aircraft: commercial, military, helicopters and broadcasting drones, with route, estimated arrival time, the track they have flown and a real photo (credited).
· Live ships worldwide, including military and coast guard, with their destination.
· My location = Near you: your street with 3D buildings, the aircraft above you, the nearest ships and cameras, the weather radar and the current weather.
· Official public cameras with the live image, by country, state and city.
· Space: the Space Station live, when it passes over you, and Earth today from NASA's DSCOVR satellite.
· Live day and night with city lights (NASA).
· Street map and aerial photos when you zoom in, search, filters and a Follow button.
· My places: save your home, work or family and we tell you how far each storm is and whether they are inside the cone.
· Fast and light: opens instantly and has a data saver mode.
· In English and Spanish. Miles and mph in the US; kilometers elsewhere (change it in Account).
Watchpoint does not issue official warnings: it shows public third-party data (NOAA, NASA, USGS, adsb.lol and others), which may be incomplete. In an emergency, always follow your local authorities and the NHC (nhc.noaa.gov). Watchpoint is not affiliated with NASA or NOAA.
