New: block the apps that pull you in, and get a calm, guided breath instead. Try everything free for 7 days, then keep it with one payment. Never a subscription. Other blockers show you a wall. Lentu shows you a door, and the door is a breath. Block the apps and websites that pull you in, on your own schedule. When you reach for one, Lentu offers a calm, voice-guided breath of 1, 3 or 5 minutes instead. Try everything free for 7 days, then keep it forever with one payment. Never a subscription. HOW IT WORKS • Set a schedule: Deep Work on weekday mornings, Wind Down at night, or a quiet Sunday. • Reach for a blocked app, and instead of a dead end you get the orb and "Take a breath". • Breathe for a minute, then choose. Most of the time, staying off feels like the natural ending. BREATHS THAT FEEL LIKE A PRACTICE • Three styles, each in 1, 3 or 5 minutes: Calm, to slow down; Reset, to let an urge pass; Ground, to steady yourself before work. • Two calm voices guide every session, slow and spacious, with long out-breaths. The voices are AI-generated and carefully paced, and every session works offline. • Lock your screen and keep breathing: the voice carries the session. Haptic-only mode is there for public places, and captions are there when you want them. • Optional rain, ocean or room tone underneath. Save your breaths to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, if you like. BLOCKS THAT HOLD • Firm by default: a breath is for calm, not access. Ending early takes a 3-minute breath first, so you only do it when you mean it. • Gentle when you'd rather: after a breath, open the app for 5, 10 or 15 minutes. • Everything except: keep open only the few apps you need, and let everything else rest. • Lists you build once, like Social Media, Video and News, with their websites already filled in. • Focus now: 25, 50 or 90 minutes, starting right away, with a 1-minute breath to arrive. ULTRA HARD MODE, FOR DAYS YOU REALLY MEAN IT • Very hard to bypass: while it runs, apps can't be deleted, the clock can't be changed, and it ends early only with an emergency exit. • Lentu can keep your Screen Time passcode, so its Screen Time switch in Settings asks for a code only Lentu holds. • Two emergency exits a month, each after a 1-minute breath, for the days life happens. One run never lasts longer than 24 hours. A KIND MIRROR • See the moments you chose to stay off: "You stayed off 31 of 44 times." • Breathing days instead of streaks. Missing a day never resets anything. • Breathe from a widget, the Lock Screen, Control Center or the Action button. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no server, no analytics. • Apple's Screen Time keeps your app use private: Lentu never sees which apps you use, and everything stays on your iPhone. YOUR FREE WEEK, THEN YOURS FOREVER • 7 days of everything, free. Apple asks you to confirm the free trial; you won't be charged. • On day 8, blocking and the rest of Lentu pause unless you keep it. The 1-minute breath and your history stay free. • Keep Lentu forever with one in-app purchase. Never a subscription. Family Sharing included. Lentu is for iPhone and needs iOS 26.4 or later.
