Everything hot on the table at the same time. Roast Conductor plans your Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner or Sunday roast backward from the time you want to eat. Pick your dishes, enter the weight of the turkey or roast and set a serving time: it works out when every step starts, from preheating the oven to making the gravy, including thawing a frozen turkey in the fridge days ahead. THANKSGIVING, PLANNED Start from a ready-made Thanksgiving menu: a turkey planned from frozen, mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, gravy and a pumpkin pie baked the night before, served at 4 pm on Thanksgiving Day. Change anything you like. ONE OVEN, NO CLASHES When two dishes need different oven temperatures at once, Roast Conductor warns you and suggests a fix, such as baking the rolls while the turkey rests. It plans preheating and every turn up or down for you. If your oven runs hot or cool, tell it once and it shows where to set the dial. ALARMS THAT RING ON SILENT Start cooking and every step becomes an alarm that sounds through silent mode and Focus. A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows what to do now and what comes next. Running late? Push dinner back and see what changes first: dishes not started move later, and dishes already cooking wait at their next pause. Turkey not done yet at the check? Give it a few more minutes and the plan moves with it. A HAND IN THE KITCHEN Short tips on the steps that matter, from crisp roast potatoes to resting the meat. A Day before list gathers the night-before jobs, with a reminder. Time to serve up and warm the plates is part of the plan, and a reminder after dinner says when to put the leftovers away. SHARE THE PLAN Send the timings as a picture, a printable Letter-size PDF or plain text, so the whole kitchen knows what happens when. ALWAYS AT HAND Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show when to start your next dinner and, while you cook, what comes next. Ask Siri what's next, or start cooking with Siri or Shortcuts. On iPad, the plan and cook mode spread out across the bigger screen. BUILT FOR AMERICAN KITCHENS Temperatures in °F and weights in pounds. Whole turkey, bone-in turkey breast, spiral-cut ham, prime rib, top sirloin, beef tenderloin, pork loin, Boston butt, leg of lamb and chicken. Conventional, convection or gas, and you can edit any step's time and temperature. Turkey and ham timings follow USDA guidance and are a guide: every meat dish ends with a reminder to check it with a food thermometer.
