Thabat is here. A counter and money saved, a craving toolkit, a 21-day programme and a progress card to share. No account, no ads, no tracking.
Thabat is an Arabic-first app to help you quit cigarettes, vaping, shisha or shamma, one day at a time. The app and its content are in Arabic (Gulf dialect, written for men and for women).
Free, for real: streak counter, money saved, health milestones after quitting cigarettes (from the World Health Organization), a craving toolkit, a complete 21-day programme and the Thabat Guide. The price is shown on the very first screen and there is no weekly subscription.
Private by design: no account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your phone, and you can lock the app with Face ID.
Built for the Gulf: written for men and for women, Ramadan mode with fasting hours and fajr and iftar times for any city in the world (no tracking), optional Quranic verses with their references.
Thabat+ (optional): detailed charts, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, alternate icons, a follow-up programme up to day 90, tracking more than one habit and extra progress card designs. Annual subscription or one-time lifetime purchase, with Family Sharing.
Thabat offers behavioural support only and does not replace medical advice.
The annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage it in your Apple Account settings.
