Hosting Friendsgiving or a holiday party? Type one sentence like "dinner for 14" and get the prep timeline, schedule, shopping list and guest list. First AI plan free.
Say it in a sentence. Get the whole plan.
Gather turns "backyard taco night for my sister's 30th, about 14 people" into everything you need to host: prep tasks from weeks before to the day, the evening's schedule, a shopping list sized for your crowd and a guest list.
Birthdays, dinner parties, potlucks, BBQs, baby and bridal showers, Friendsgiving and holiday parties: if you're hosting it, Gather plans it.
ONE SENTENCE IN, A PLAN OUT
• Prep timeline: what to do weeks before, this week and on the day
• The evening: a simple run of show, from setup to the toast
• Shopping list: quantities sized for your headcount, grouped by food, drinks, decor and gear
• Guest list: who's going, who's a maybe and who still needs a nudge
MAKE IT YOURS
• Ask for changes in plain words: "make it a potluck", "move it to 4pm"
• Everything you've checked off stays checked
• Edit, add or delete anything by hand
STAY ON TOP OF IT
• Reminders when prep is due and on the day
• Home Screen widgets: countdown, today's tasks, what's left to buy and an event board
• Add to Calendar in one tap
• A wide board on iPad, Split View friendly
