SCIENTIFIC CALCULATION
Evaluate scientific expressions with powers, roots, logarithms, factorials, trigonometry, combinations and permutations. Switch between degrees and radians. Use exact fractions and radicals within supported limits, or view the numerical result. Reuse answers and work with physical units.
PHYSICS WITH UNITS
Use 15 templates covering motion, force, kinetic and gravitational potential energy, momentum, pressure, density, Hooke’s law, DC electricity, wave speed and period. Each template shows its formula, parameters, units and model assumptions. Convert the output unit and insert the result into the calculator to continue.
CHEMISTRY AND SOLUTIONS
Find molar mass from supported chemical formulas, including parentheses, subscripts and hydrates. Calculate the mass of reagent needed for a solution, or the stock volume needed for a dilution. Check the stated assumptions before laboratory use.
EQUATIONS AND GRAPHS
Solve real linear and quadratic equations. Plot y = f(x), adjust coordinate ranges and inspect values at individual points.

KNOW THE LIMITS
Calio is not a general symbolic algebra system. Exact arithmetic is bounded; physics templates solve fixed targets under stated assumptions; graphs use finite sampling. Chemistry calculations use conventional atomic-weight approximations and do not support isotope-enriched reagents. Verify models, units and reagent specifications before lab work.
