Draw a few cells, press Play and watch them live, die and multiply. Eleven puzzles, a Music Box that plays your patterns, and four rule sets to explore. A tiny universe that runs on three simple rules. A live cell with two or three neighbours survives. An empty cell with exactly three comes alive. Everything else dies. Draw a few cells, press Play and watch gliders fly, oscillators pulse and chaos settle into still life. SEE WHAT'S COMING Every cell is coloured by its fate: green lives on, red dies next generation, grey is about to be born. Lookahead shows the board 1 to 55 generations into the future. WATCH THE AGES GLOW Aura mode colours cells by how long they have survived, from fresh green to ancient violet, with fading trails behind everything that moves. ELEVEN PUZZLES From surviving 20 generations to holding a zone, outlasting a shrinking arena and sending cells across the board. Your best (fewest generations) is saved for every challenge. HEAR YOUR PATTERNS Music Box sweeps a line across the board, and every live cell it passes plays a note. Draw a melody and let it evolve. MADE FOR TOUCH AND APPLE PENCIL Draw and erase with a finger, pinch to zoom, drag with two fingers. With Apple Pencil, the Pencil draws and your finger moves the board. Stamp classic patterns with rotate and mirror, load curated scenes, step backwards in time, and try HighLife, Day & Night and Seeds in the Rule Lab. Works offline. No ads. No tracking. No accounts.
