Ragently CRM is the app that goes with your Ragently CRM account. Log what was discussed faster while you are out, and follow up sooner, without going back to the laptop.
WHAT YOU DO WITH IT
• Today: your tasks for today, what is overdue, replies from contacts, email drafts waiting for approval and deals gone quiet, together on one screen
• Contacts: your companies and people, quick to search by name, company, email, phone number or town
• Contact card: call, email, message on WhatsApp or open the route with one tap, and see deals and timeline (tasks, notes, emails) in one overview
• Deals: your pipeline per stage with count and total, with a warning on an open deal without a planned task; move a deal to another stage
• Mails: outreach drafts waiting for your approval. Read, edit, approve or reject with a reason, and go straight on to the next. Replies and sent emails are listed too
SPEAK YOUR NOTES
After a call, say what was discussed. The app turns it into a suggestion: a note, a task with date and time, and optionally a new stage for the deal. You review it, tick what you want to keep, edit, and save. Nothing is saved without your review.
SCAN A BUSINESS CARD
Take a photo of a business card. The text is read on your device and you get a suggestion for company and contact. The app tells you when the contact already exists.
NOTIFICATIONS
Get a notification when a reply comes in or a draft waits for your approval.
SIGN-IN AND SECURITY
Sign in with a code sent to your email, the same account as on crm.ragently.nl. Afterwards you can lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
PLEASE NOTE
You need a Ragently CRM account. You manage the subscription on crm.ragently.nl; nothing is for sale in the app. Fields, pipeline and campaigns are managed on the website. More at ragently.nl.
