A Tabata & HIIT timer you can read from across the room. THREE CIRCLES THAT SWAP READY, WORK and REST are circles. The current one sits big in the center and smoothly swaps places when the next phase begins. During a workout the whole screen takes on that phase's color, so you know where you are at a glance. VOICE COUNTDOWN A voice counts down the last seconds of each phase — "five, four, three…". Choose when it starts (OFF, 3, 5 or 10). Your music keeps playing and only dips while the voice speaks. SCREEN STAYS ON By default the screen stays on during workouts. If you lock your phone, the remaining seconds show on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. EVERY DAY YOU TRAIN COUNTS Finish a workout and the day is logged — no typing. Your color deepens every 30 days, and you earn crowns: bronze at 365 days, silver at 730, gold at 1,095. See it on a Home Screen widget. Your days move to a new iPhone with iCloud. SIMPLE SETUP Tap a circle to set seconds, then press play. Rounds, total time and finish time are shown. Tap the center circle to pause; hold the stop button to end. SIX THEMES MIDNIGHT and DAYLIGHT are free. AURORA, EMBER, LILAC and OCEAN come with the one-time purchase.
