Browse days in a weekly calendar and schedule checks ahead. With reminders off, choose just the date; turn them on to add a notification time. Create a Quick check on Apple Watch by adding items one after another, with reminders on by default. Swipe a saved check on Watch to delete it from both devices after confirmation. Reopening a finished check leaves reminders off until you explicitly turn them on. Keep reusable templates for work, school, the gym and travel. Choose an emoji, duplicate a template or paste one item per line. Start a quick check without a title, then save it as a template when you want to reuse it. Make items required or optional for this check, add several extra items, and apply those changes to the original template after reviewing them. Enjoy a short celebration when all required items are checked. Set recurring reminders or reserve a single packing time. A due reservation stays in Today until you finish or skip it. Turn notifications off for any check. After starting, unfinished checks can receive up to six reminders; Remind Me Later starts another set. Open a completed check and choose Create return check to check only the things you actually took. Search your history, distinguish checks by their times, and choose how long to keep finished checks. Deleting a template keeps its history. Use iPhone alone or your paired Apple Watch. Check items on either device and adjust the reminder delay with the Digital Crown. Widgets and complications open your current or scheduled check. Changes update a local automatic backup on iPhone. Export a separate copy to Files, including iCloud Drive, and restore it when needed.
