Captain Jack blocks Instagram and TikTok until you earn it: push-ups counted by your camera, or real work. He sets your objectives and ranks you against your friends. Captain Jack blocks your social media until you earn it. Drill Sergeant is a discipline app with a drill sergeant in it. Captain Jack guards the apps that eat your day, sets your objectives, counts your push-ups, and holds you to it in front of your squad. Everything you do earns stars, and stars earn rank. APP BLOCKING Pick the apps that steal your hours: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, anything. Open one, and Captain Jack is waiting. Do 10 push-ups or report real work to earn your minutes. When the time's up, they lock again. It uses Apple's Screen Time: you pick the apps in Apple's own list, Apple never tells us which ones, and nothing about your app use leaves your phone. Turn it off any time in Settings > Screen Time. DAILY PUSH-UPS Push-ups every day, counted by your camera. Stand the phone against a wall, get down, and Captain Jack counts every rep out loud. It all runs on your phone: nothing is recorded or uploaded. One star per push-up. TODAY'S OBJECTIVES Tell Captain Jack what you're fighting for: fitness, your studies, your side hustle. Just say it: tap the microphone and talk, he writes it down. Every morning he sets up to three objectives from your goals. Tick them off for stars, report your work, and he tells you straight how you did. STARS AND RANKS Every push-up, objective and work report earns stars. Climb 16 ranks from Recruit to Colonel, and Captain Jack calls you by your rank. Earn 22 medals on the way. YOUR SQUAD Recruit your friends and race them on the weekly board. The board resets every Monday. Nobody fights alone. EVENING REPORT Sign in and Captain Jack emails you a short report every evening: your day and tomorrow's objectives. RECRUIT AND EARN FREE MONTHS Every friend who joins with your link gets you a month free. No limit. SEVEN DAYS FREE Drill Sergeant Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews monthly until you cancel.
