Your phone becomes a wireless trackpad, keyboard, screen mirror, webcam, mic and gamepad for your PC — on Wi-Fi or over the internet. Free, no account needed. TakeOver turns your iPhone or iPad into a full wireless remote for the computer you already own. Install the free TakeOver Server app on your Windows, macOS or Linux machine, pair your phone once, and your phone becomes a trackpad, keyboard, screen, speaker and controller for that PC. There's no account to create and nothing to sign up for. Pairing is deliberate and private. The computer shows an Allow / Deny prompt that you approve once per device — connecting is never a freely-shared link. Each paired phone gets its own secret that you can revoke from the server at any time. On the same Wi-Fi your phone and PC talk directly; when you're away, TakeOver links them over the internet through a private rendezvous plus a peer-to-peer connection. Your screen, files and audio travel directly between your own devices. What you can do from your phone: - Mac-style trackpad with 1-4 finger gestures, right-click and drag, plus a live keyboard - Low-latency screen mirror of your PC, usable as a touch trackpad - Stream your PC's audio to your phone, or use the phone as a wireless speaker - Browse the PC's drives and move files both ways, or share files device-to-device - Shared, two-way clipboard between phone and PC - Use your phone as a PC webcam and microphone - Use your phone as an Xbox-style gamepad - Extend your desktop onto your phone as a second display - Presentation mode: wave your phone as a gyro air-mouse to drive slides - Media remote plus volume and mute control; launcher and system commands - View your own devices' cameras live — only with on-device consent — plus an IP-camera viewer TakeOver is free, requires no account, and collects no profile or usage data.
