Book your ride right from the app. Pick your pickup, your dropoff, your time, and your vehicle, then set the drivers you want in order, 1, 2, 3, 4.
Your request goes to your first choice driver. If they can't take it, it rolls to your next choice automatically, then the next, down the list, so your ride never sits waiting on one driver who isn't available. A driver who is off that day is skipped automatically too.
